Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Orders submitted after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Times & Rates

We proudly ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are as follows:

  • United States:

    • Delivery time: 7–10 business days

    • Shipping cost: $4.99 USD

     

  • International:

    • Delivery time: 10–14 business days

    • Shipping cost: $6.99 USD

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as customs delays or carrier disruptions.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees once the package reaches your destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. Minzaro does not cover or reimburse any customs duties or import taxes.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately at sales@minzaro.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once the order has begun processing or shipped.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processes, incorrect shipping addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.
