Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Minzaro. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer returns subject to the following terms:
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 30 days of delivery by emailing sales@minzaro.com. We will review the issue and work with you on a suitable solution, such as a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Return Authorization (RMA)
Before sending any item back, you must contact us at sales@minzaro.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking information.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or other reasons. Any such exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order and place a new order separately.
