When You’re Charged

Full payment for your order is charged at the time of checkout. Your order will not be shipped or fulfilled until the payment has been successfully processed.

Currency

All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). If your card uses a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply conversion rates or additional fees.

Refunds

If a return is approved in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within up to 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Subscriptions

We do not offer subscriptions or recurring billing at this time. You will only be charged once per order.

Pre-Orders

If a product is offered as a pre-order, payment will be processed at the time of purchase, and the item will ship once available.

Additional Information
